3D Printers
General Guidelines:
1) Use only dry and good filament that has been stored with a desiccant indicating a dry environment for at least 24hrs AND test the filament for brittle conditions. Questionable filament can be dried and retested with the two provided filament dryers (manual link below)
2) Label any private filament (otherwise it is considered available for use) that is stored at the Hub
3) Do not change the Prusa Connect general login as provided on the white board
4) Remove and store Filament when a print is complete (ie, do not leave filament in the printer)
5) Place a note on the printer with your name and phone number when printing so other personnel can contact the owner of the print if needed
6) If printing a large print, please email the [email protected] to advise the team of the extended use of a printer
7) Log any usage, as with all hub activities, on the Hub response form via this link:
